Have purchased this item,with updating the firmware not an option,mine is android 11 pre installed,maybe update the preloaded apps on playstore,another issue i had is with the usb input,i was hoping it would play from the usb such as media mp4 mkv avi but not sure if the usb has to be formatted to exfat or fat32?for it to read,have looked around for any info but nothing,so other than that great little unit,also you can do developer options aswell,set your time and date in order for playstore to work and good to go,still learning on this device tho😁

Their routers are so strange they have wifi 6 routers with 4K QAM which is normally only on wifi 7 and this is supposed to be a wifi 7 router although I cant find any wifi number on the advertisement page. But it only has 160Mhz instead of wifi 7’s 320Mhz and 6Ghz strange
