Looks fantastic. we've created something similar when it comes to the department sites, that part where we are struggling is with access to documents managed by only a few but that need to be visible to all. For example: Policies and procedures, Risk assessments, certain plans (things that are not only related to HR for example but maybe Health and safety or other departments) Would you recommend to have those documents all in one place and then give edit access to the people that needs it, or keep them in the department sites, and give view access to the entire company? (or maybe there is a third and better option?) thank you.

Hi, I use SharePoint for document control and its fabulous! We have set up the footers, in our word documents, so that the version numbers and approval dates automatically update on the document each time it turns from a minor to a major version, so it is no longer a manual task. However, from my understanding, that means all documents must be in word format or the automatic updates don't happen. Documents such as policies and procedures are in PDF, how can we manage this process ensuring that there still only one point of truth with our documents but still maintain word and PDF documents and their versions without it being too much of a manual process? Hi, I have seen the standard document library function of a sharepoint site, which looks like the "Site Contents" page you showed (34:52), but how did you make the end user version of the page that looked like a normal web page that allows the regular employees of the company search for and read policies and procedures (as shown at 32:56). Is this what is called making a SharePoint Site. I am trying to learn how to set up a Policy and Procedure web document management system using SharePoint, and I am having trouble finding any tutorials on how to actually do that. Thanks in advance.

I'm debating on using this for work but for scheduling interviews. If I send out a list of times to 10 people are they able to all select the same time or if 1 person selects 1 time will that time show as unavailable to everyone else?

Does the FindTime differentiate between the people invited as "mandatory" and those in "cc" from the voted date/time count perspective?

What if not all participants vote for a time? Let's say we only want our client to vote as we have already agreed internally on time or times. I still want the invitation to be sent to all after only the client responds to the poll?

Is it possible to select for the meeting to be scheduled in MS Teams rather than Skype? What's a possible workaround in the meantime?

Can I schedule a call before everyone sends a response in?
