It's going to be interesting as the Warriors move on from the team that Coach Jackson put together. It reminds me of role set up for black coaches, they often can build a superior team but they aren't allowed to take that talent to the championship. Another coach is allowed to ride that team until the wheels come off an go down in history as a great coach! Too many will say it's race, but the same thing also happens with some majority coaches. The dubs like most teams almost always over value their own players especially ones they draft. Podz is nice and especially valueable to the Dubs right now because no one on the roster outside Steph can reliably create their own shot so even Podz inconsistent ability to do that is worth it's weight in gold. But let's not blow things out of proportion neither Podz nor JK are going to take this team back towards contention by themselves.
