I find it strange that at work, by not socializing with co-workers, male or female, and trying to be low profile, this has drawn MORE attention to me among female co-workers. I had a married female co-worker approach me out of the blue and say, "You know there are a fair number of women here attracted to you. They think you're mysterious." I just said, "Oh, OK." and walked away. She said "Don't you want to know who?" I said, "No".

Does the guy want children from the relationship? That dictates the age of the woman down to mid 20's or younger. Guys always want youth and fertility. We as men are hard wired. Older women do not bring much to a relationship but bring all the risk and drama, too! So the age gap can be quite large if the guy is much older but desires children of his own with his woman. I am that guy. I am 67, and my fiancee is 24. I have been in the relationship for three years. We both want children. Odd match, but it is actually a good match if I share all the preexisting details.
