Hello, I found the information on the witch trials interesting but I have some criticisms. I am a woman of 55 who has lived. My mother and sister were feminists and I was brought up with a men are all bad attitude. However in my experience women can also be extremely difficult, loud and rude. Whilst I appreciate the idea of women being able to speak up, I see a lot of women who find it extremely easy to speak up, be loud and talk over others, be competitive and spiteful (Go to any pub or dinner party and you will hear them). I have found in my life, most men to be kind and some that put up with women that treat them badly. I get a bit fed up with the bad rap men get and it would have been nice to have a more balanced view of men in general. And yes many women use their sexuality to get what they want, as it has always been. And yes some woman will accuse men of things they haven’t done. Obviously if you look at stats it’s men that are the perpetrators of rape and abuse by a massive degree but do not deny how many wonderful, kind giving men there are and how many loud and extremely difficult women there are. Also please do not so easily discount some conspiracy theories. Have you done your own research on government and secret black projects ? Have you watched ‘The Sound of Freedom’? There are many things we do not understand, past lives, NDE’s and spiritual experiences. This is why I find mainstream tv so lacking. Of course you have to use discernment but there are many scientists and credible people to learn from. So, for me the biased feminism and dismissal of spirituality and so called conspiracy theories spoiled the show. We are all influenced by our personal stories of course, as am I.

That was very great way put together about the first season. I do think Vere was a closeted bi - sexual. She just never went there as Cameron came, so inconveniently marching by and it took Anne 2 years to woo them and straight man could just strut by and take 2 weeks or less to get em’. It is very un-fair but that’s the way it went…

I loved the series. Unfortunatly the father it seems to is left out in the cold. No, no, let’ss be more precise, he is left out, almost completely. Basically it’s a series about women and women’s feelings. A taxi driver, a nice fellow rescues one of them, but who is he really, wee’l never really know. A flawed series beautifully acted, but flawed. I’m a writer, never published, but a writer still. And the writers out there will know what I’m talking about. A second series would be welcome to clean up some things. Now I’ll listen to that interview.
