There is problem with E values, you probably select them different article. You write rxn1 and rxn2 kj/kgmole which are the 62760 and 83680 then you write rxn3 25000 kcal/kgmole. for kcal/kg mole rxn1=15000 rxn2=20000 rxn3=25000. If you write turton model you can find the data guys.
