Thank you very much for this video! JAL provides good leg room for economy but I still prefer ANA for the food. JAL is just the typical airline food. I couldn't believe how good the food was on ANA economy until I flew via ANA in 2012 when I traveled to Japan for the first time. But this coming November trip is for him, not for me, so I will let him choose which carrier he wants. Again, thank you for this!
I have not made that observation in economy class, as I have yet to fly economy on ANA, But I can tell you that your observation is correct when it comes to food in Business class. Much better experience on ANA. Hope you enjoy your trip in November.

It really depends on what you’re looking for in the flight. Food and service might be similar. Space, you have for sure more space in Business Class and then you have the lay flat bed. But if they are not deal breaker, premium Economy is where is at and the prices is also lower.

Tip anyone that provides service, like cleaners, baggage handlers, servers, etc. if they are providing great services tip them well. They really don’t get paid much, so, $1-$5 goes along way for them.

I have never flown with Air Europa, so I can’t speak for their flight. This flight was OK, with exception of the leg space.

I have an upcoming a 15 hour direct flight from JFK to New Delhi in economy class - any idea how much they charge to upgrade to premium economy ?
It depends on the flight and the amount of seats available on that flight in premium cabin. Also, the type of the original ticket and whether it is available for upgrade. If it’s purchased through the third party, it will not be eligible for upgrade.

Did you arrive in Tokyo very early in the morning or at night? I’ve never traveled that route before.

Wine did not cost anything.
In my opinion, just please show the food itself before you eat. It doesn’t matter what person, I’m not really interested in watching a person eat unless maybe it was my child

For entering Japan, is it true you have to go to the app and fill out all the information such as what hotel you’re staying at etc. before you even arrive to the country?
Currently no. You can fill out the paper at the port of entry or on your flight.

What lounge entitlement did you have as you seemed to use the Galleries First lounge which is one world Emerald or was this during Covid when the galleries Club lounge was closed.
I do have one world Emerald status.
@@ThePanzoAdventures was The First Wing Closed (the area to the right) behind the wooded walls? This is the dedicated check in for First a class and one World Emerald with a private security channel direct into the First Class Lounge.
i’m a little jealous of the business class seat… just be in economy when i go from RDU to LHR in just under a month. still really excited though!
It’s not a bad flight even in economy. Being that is just 6 hours or under is like flying to LAX.
My family and I stayed here in 2015. It was just what we needed so we will be there again in July.
It’s really a great hotel and close to the city. Hope you have an enjoyable second stay.
Lobby-is beautiful & modern. I stayed here at this hotel over 10 years ago, we loved it!!! You can take the bus into the city, so easy!!!! Great Hotel !

Great coverage but it seems the beach is awful, not as expected?
The beach is really not a beach as it located by the bay. The best beaches will be at Patong, Karon, and Kata beach. Other beaches that are good and have less crowds will Nai Yang and Mai Khao.

@@khedermj not only would I recommend it, we are staying there again in a few weeks. It’s closer to a lot of activities, but also secluded. If you’re looking for more vibrant aspect of Patong Beach, I would recommend you find hotels near Patong Beach area.

The seat is definitely going to be to be comfortable. I would suggest you call the airline and request a bassinet for your 1 year old if you’re OK with the 1 year old sleeping in it. This way, you will have the bulkhead seat and your son will be right in front of you during sleep.
nice and simple review video. most airlines reviewers focus on business class. However your video has too much camera shaking and movement which makes it very dificult to watch. Hope you will improve that in your future videos.

Ive been traveling QR airlines only for years, from PHL to DOHA and after this merge ive been very hesitant to fly this route because AA took over, please if anyone flew it before let me know how the experience was, I heard horror stories about it from felow QR loyalists.
It depends on which class. If flying in Business class, the experience is better. In Economy or Premium Economy, good luck.
Great Report but I have one question: Are shoulder belts required in this configuration? I believe I flew AA before in Business on a 787 that had one.
Not on this particular flight. It was the regular seatbelt.

It's definitely worth it on Long flights unless you want to go business or first class or whatever you want to do yeah but that's a lot of money for international flights especially the one I looked at from Pittsburgh to San Francisco to Manila Philippines business was looking at like $6,000 round trip versus like premium economy on United for like 2200
It’s crazy how much the difference in cost is just to be able to sleep flat.

It depends on the nights you’re staying, the capacity at the hotel, and events happening around KL that can influence the price. Always check with the hotel website and third party booking sites for the nightly rate before your trip.
