Went down to Black mountains cycle centre again for a ride with Dad, Cam and Nath. This was one of Dad's last rides before he has an operation to re-attach his tendon in his shoulder next month. BULL TRACK RACE WEEKEND

Last weekend we went over to the bull track for the BR4R 2nd round race. It was my first race in almost a year and a half and although it was only a small local race it was still great fun with a load of familiar faces. NEW LINES AND A HUGE CRASH

Went down to the newly refurbished Rogate bike park finally to try the new lines. Had a huge crash on the new step up but I'm all good. LONGEST DAY OF THE YEAR

It was the longest day of the year and I thought why not spend it riding bikes. Started off the day going for a quick road ride. Next I headed over to surrey hills with Will. Lastly I ended the day up wisley on the jump bike with Wilson and Elliot. Found cheaper riding glasses have a bit of optical distortion which puts me off. Does it feel like the image is magnified at all? Might have to buy a pair. Like the content Alfdawg
No man no distortion other than the fact its a tinted lens! When you come back home you can try them on if you want?

Yeah there is some smaller jumps and berms but thats really it for beginners and there are some nice flow trails a first timer could easily handle
