Buscycle
Thank you.
Do a wheelie
I'd like to see that
Thank you - great for loosening off my tandem so I could correct the pedal sync.
and the walls came a tumilin down
Thanks for Help from Germany 😎
It was so nice to see it in action at the end
This 3 min video save me a bunch of time, frustration, and money. I applied the same concepts to a belt driven bike with internal hub gears and an eccentric bb. Thanks so much!
That’s rather labor intensive :-) The moment I installed one of your EBB’s into my single speed MTB is the moment it became my dream bike. Thank you for keeping manual machining alive and a form of art!!!
what stops the EBB from sliding left and right?
Nothing. We've got a customer who has come back to the shop twice already because bottom bracket had loosened or shifted sideways.
Proud owner of a Bushnell Eccentric and has no idea all that goes into fabricating it.
what stops the EBB from sliding left and right?
That little tip you suggested at 1:40 was just what I needed! Been trying to figure out how to solve this problem for quite a while. Thanks

It is. We felt it was worth it though. Still never seen an EBB that works as well.
Helpful video. But you didn't say how much to torque the Allen screw. The Problem Solvers website says 8.5 to 10Nm, which translates to about 7 foot pounds, or 80 inch pounds. This is important because if not tightened enough, the bottom bracket might click and creak when you pedal. And of course, you wouldn't want over tighten and strip the head. My last bit of advice: don't use cheap Allen wrenches because they are more likely to round their corners and damage the head. Buy some good ones. The best I've found are Husky Non-Slip that I got at the Home Depot.
I think I just stripped the head on mine when I was trying to untighten/ unlock it for adjustment. Can I remove the crank on the opposite side and try to loosen the head on that side, or can you only loosen it from one side?
very cool
Awesome vid :)
Post some bikes! Outlaw, Phinney Ridge etc.
