I also just re-took the MBTI test today and am also INFJ-T. And I also often feel like I'm not good enough or often have negative emotions. But learning about many things will make you better. Basically, I think such emotions are difficult to avoid, but we always have the choice to learn about it and try to minimize it. So it's okay to take it slow and find out for yourself. I’m still in high school but i’ve been wanting to go to Parsons since i was a first year in middle school, i’m taking their high school level classes in April. I’m really excited :)

To people without mirrors, windows are your next best friend. At night, you can basically see your self as well as you can in a mirror. Any other time of day, I'd recommend just filming yourself on your phone.
