@@DanieleIppolitothanks for answering. I got the Neutron, but I think I’ll be returning it. I got too spoiled by VSTs and even though it’s semi-modular, I feel like it’s fairly limited and the sound of the oscillators themselves doesn’t really hold its own imo. I don’t know anymore, I feel like the deeper I go with hardware synths, the more disappointed I get, lol. I guess once you break the >$1000-$1500 price range it starts to get better, hence why I’m hesitant on getting the Minilogue now, as cool as it looks and as nice as it is to fiddle around with the knobs…

@@FM-ul4tb Considering that I have no idea of what music do you do, and considering that I am not a Behringer super ''Fan''. I have to say that Neutron could be for sure a small PIECE of your track, but not the main. Minilogue has a different approach and maybe is what you are looking for. I would keep the Behringer for a while and maybe in the main move to Minilogue, but it will not be the perfect machine, expecially because they do not explain why they have a MONO OUT with such dynamic sounds like pads and strings.

@@mixc8It’s a wonderful synthesizer! Really great for studio use. I’ve had several little/slim phattys over the years and love it for what it is. Authentic moog sound with recallable presets and an amazing overdrive when aggression is needed. Because it takes so long to warm up I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for live use, but as a studio tool it’s very powerful. I use mine all the time. I say that as an owner of a Minimoog, Matriarch, and nearly a dozen other high end analog synthesizers. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

@@jansonrawlings8169 You just sold me on it. I have a recording studio and been looking to add a hardware Moog. I was comparing this to the more modern Moog's such and the Sub 37. At the price point in time I will get both as I see them as 2 different animals.

@@mixc8 Awesome :-) You will absolutely love it! Sub 37 is a good synth as well. If I’m being honest with my own unsolicited opinion though, it’s *almost* great. Had one and sold it off. The knob per function is fantastic as well as the addition of noise, a sub oscillator, and its sequencer. However, if I were to grab another mono to compliment a moog I’d be looking at the sequential Pro 3. Sub 37 is feature-rich but lacks in the sound quality of the Little Phatty line. Just sorta sterile and lacking high end frequency. But again, just my opinion and may be exactly what you’re looking for. Enjoy synthing!
