    why in the world would you prefer a spotter for the back squat??? Why not just bail or use a safety rack? If your spotter cant help you up on a back squat aren't you at risk of dying from the weight landing on your neck?? I don't really understand why you would not only waste your spotters time but add a lethal risk factor
