Love your vlogs! My wife and I have been to Negril twice now and loved it! It’s hard to beat that beach. I heard you say that you travel to Greece frequently and my question to you is: Are there any beaches there that are comparable to Negril? If so, which resorts do you recommend? Thank you so much?
@@jaybernstein4076 hey! Thanks for saying that, appreciate it!! Okay so beaches like Negril do exist in the Mediterranean! Are you from the UK? Zante is stunning, beautiful golden sand, aqua blue water - it’s very flat in Zante and you can walk out quite far in some areas where the water only goes up to your waist/shoulders. Rhodes is also stunning too - just have to look around at what the beaches are like I.e pebble or sand. Mykonos is also lovely and so is Crete lol 😂 so many options! IKOS resorts are pretty incredible too. I think we just feel you also can’t beat the weather in Greece either with very little - no chance of rain. Food is incredible. So overall you get more for your money. Sorry for the essay!

It was super stressful in the moment but worked out in the end! Thank goodness lol Yes! I find looking at peoples vlogs on here at Mobay airport it shows you where to go. Basically, it’s further up the hall from where you’d usually go into security. Just keep your eyes peeled 👀 Thanks so much and hopefully you’ll enjoy the next set! Xx

@@ReachForTheSkyChar thanks so much. I know our UK ones don’t work there so was just curious. We have booked a Paradise Beachfront Grande Luxe Club Level Room. But like a bit of peace and quiet to be honest ☺️. It’s been a mad year for us and we just wanna chill and celebrate my 50th. Gonna ask if we can have a room away from the entertainment area. Honestly love your videos. I’ve found them really helpful. You’re fab x
@@Sarah25666 amazing, that’s where we stayed the first time we went to Sandals Negril. You will love the room and club level makes all the difference! Also, I think normal UK hair dryers work but with an adapter? My straighteners worked x

Did boots put your order in a sealed bag for security if you’ve. Or a connecting flight
Hey! It’s basically a normal delivery in a cardboard box that you just go to pick up at the Boots counter at the airport. You can buy a bag or just pop it in your hand luggage. I’ve just returned back from Greece and did the same thing again. It’s a game changer.
@@ReachForTheSkyChar thanks for that. If you’ve got a connecting flight in the USA it needs to be in a liquids sealed bag though as you have to go through transfer security.

Funnily enough I was talking about this the other day to Martin. I did have footage but some of it was corrupted, so I need to re-film it which I’m planning on doing this week with the aim to get something up in a couple of weeks. Sorry for the delay ☺️

What currency did you take USA dollars or Jamaican dollars
USA dollars - I asked our butler if he had a preference to smaller vs larger bills and he said it really didn’t matter. Sometimes you hear people saying they only want larger bills but we used both.

I really enjoyed your full review. I do have a question on your room that looks like the sundowners swim out suite. I understand they're either remodeling the interior rooms this year. Not sure if they're tearing down the building. Hopefully the building stays the same. Not sure if you heard anything while you were out there. We will be booking that room for late 2025. Thank you.
Thank you for being so nice! Yes, these are the Sundowner Swim Ups (or whatever the new room name is haha!) We heard all sorts of things regarding this room block and as it stands, they aren’t planning on doing any development on this building this year due to the amount of money they spent on the resort last year (however! You hear different things all the time and it wouldn’t surprise me if they started working on this category sooner purely for the extra income they will receive) Even though these are beautiful rooms they are desperately in need of refurbishment. Hope this helps!
