Dance Monkey is like a buskers anthem! It was inspired by Tones and I's experiences as a street performer in Byron Bay, Australia. The song reflects the pressure and expectations placed on artists to constantly entertain and perform. The song became a massive hit, topping the charts in multiple countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany. It also reached the top 10 in several other countries. "Dance Monkey" broke the record for the most weeks spent at number one on the Australian Singles Chart, surpassing Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You." Pure Imagination is a song from the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory film that was made in 1971. It was also included in the current Wonka film soundtrack with Timothee Chalamet which I saw a few weeks ago. I love going on tours to real life chocolate factories like the Chocolatarium in Edinburgh and they always have this song playing! I love the melody, it's a timeless classic.

1000 years was written for the Twilight movie Breaking Dawn - Part in 2011. It was recorded by Christina Perri and became an instant hit all over the world. I love the "eternal" feel of this song that reflects the timeless love portrayed in the film which is probably why I get asked to play it a lot at weddings! My zeta isn’t new, (she’s called Cathy - Catherine zeta jones!) we’ve had her for ages, we got her from Romania cheap on eBay but she didn’t work when she arrived. I’m getting a 5 string violectra for my birthday and Dave who is amazing who is making it for me managed to mend Cathy when we were in Birmingham designing the violectra. I will post more about my violectra when I get it!! It’s going to have a tiger etched on the fingerboard! So excited!!
