This has nothing to do with the government. It's individually doing their things in where ever they want to . Government developments are different, example: government builds roads, schools, hospitals, railways, airports and other stuffs. But when it comes to housing development, it's individuals. When you travel to Europe 🇪🇺 and other western countries, Housings are not government issues. It's private companies build and develop the country. Government only takes taxes.

There are 16 regions in ghana and accra is the smallest region in ghana in terms of land size. So why are the government not developing any other regions apart from talking about accra all the time. Ive never been inside the Villagio buildings, yes they are landmarks but ive never been keen on the coloured cladding as i drive past. The Signature is a more tasteful addition to the Accra skyline. So im watched your vid to be nosey! I wasnt impressed tbh, the layout is less than ideal and I actively *hate* the weird utility space- OMG Doing your washing on your knees? Awkward. And why is it by the front door? Awkward. From the half doors on the half size utility, to the floor tiles and that staircase-all big nopes. The kitchen was fine and the walk in wardrobe was lovely, but the rooms are small. But in general it feels like its made up from leftover spaces and they've cobbled it together into an apartment.

This is a very beautiful home! Who designed and built it? I will love to get in touch with them.

I love the bedrooms however not so much space downstairs for the kitchen, living room and dining area and the fact that you don’t own the land is another downfall.

Who in Ghana can afford a $350,000 house; Not the average person. Who are you really targeting with this price, because without financing or a bank loan even most people abroad can not afford this inspite of what you may believe.
