"For me, after a wildlife expedition, exploring the Great Himalayan National Park and its treks is the second most interesting activity. This time, I had planned to embark on the Tirth Trek, one of the longest and most famous treks in the Tirthan Valley of the Great Himalayan National Park. This entire trek is approximately 42 kilometers from Gushaini and takes five days to complete, round trip.
Unfortunately, the weather had other plans. Rain prevented us from continuing our trek beyond Chlocha, as the 22-kilometer stretch to Majouni would have been particularly difficult in such conditions. While it was disappointing, I remained hopeful for future opportunities. I'll return in September to finish this trek and complete the remaining part.
