dr. naderi, the way you give injections actually looks very relaxing and pampering as if it were a spa treatment. i'd like to try it just for the experience. going to your clinic is on my bucket list, and i visit the DC area every few months so I'll just hop on the metro to Friendship Heights

i had a rhino done 6 weeks ago and the bump is still there, im a bit concerned now, is this due to swelling or is it because there wasnt enough bone etc removed? any advice would be appreciated thank you

@BestPlasticSurgeons So sculpra is a permanent filler that will NEVER return back? Basically you're making a decision for LIFE when getting this? Why do they call it semi-permanent then? The filler industry is so unethical.

@Mary_QQQ it still will give you volume and can make the face puffy, undefined, wide (look on real self). And that is a permanent chance then according to the Dr here. So think well before injecting that shit
My nose is still swollen after 8 month, I am a man with thick skin so apparently it's normal but I never used tape before and my surgeon didn't talk about it so I just started taping it for the first time. Is it worth it after 8 month to try taping or it's a waste of time?

i have mine done and now my face is little puffy is that normal
hard to answer this question. obviously sculptra creates volume but puffiness could be other issues

My doc doesnt agree with taping after the inital 2 weeks. Increases risk of pulling the skin back up when people take it on and off

I had a breast lift and implant my right breast under where the stitches are the dressing has blood on it not loads is that fine. The support bra I hate so much got it in the last settings and it just feels like it digs in my rib cage a bit

why did you not do the border of the bottom lip too, and do you always do the red part of the lip before injecting the border?
Every lip is unique and must be done to fit that lip. Her top lip is much fuller than her original "virgin" lips so injecting the border would have created a less defined look and the illusion of "filler migration" due to excess puffiness.

This is frustrating she doesn’t need it at all. I thought at first the beginning was AFTER her surgery. Now I’m wondering if it’s going to work for me who has big big bags under my eyes. Always had huge eyes.
