Sorry for the crash my friend , this problem It happened to me on my 5th flight. At first I didn't understand, then I solved the problem. Motor or esc did not shut down , This problem is oneway bearing. After overspeed or a powerful maneuver, the oneway bearing is weak and does not tolerate overload or more power and breaks down. If you listen carefully, you will hear the motor and esc running . ESC and motor is not shut down and making a low noise. The oneway bearing is trying to rotate the shaft a little bit, that's why the sound is coming out. blades are trying to turn a little bit motor and esc workıng , but you can't do autorotation because oneway is not working normal. RAW 580 is a very nice model but the oneway bearing is problematic.( factory faulty not your fault ) I hope you don't have too much damage.I had to buy a new 580 kit the spare parts were almost the price of a new one.
@@mr.e3d Hey mate. Appreciate your advice and help. It has to be that as my esc logs are clean but my OWB seems fine on the bench. Its really anoying tbh and has put me off the model. I am worried it could happen again and I have heard lots of people say that its happend to them
@@Dukesy You're welcome, my friend. Have fun flights ✌✌
@@mr.e3d maybe I will take your advice and re build it. It must be the OWB as you say as I had about 6 flights with it all good
Hi do you know me we just meet up today you know at season golden lake and you let me have your googles
Hey mate yes, I filmed you on the canoe and spoke to your parents so I will make a video for you when I am home
Cheers mate. I use vbar neo and vcontrol. Check your tail servo horn. I moved the hole out 1 than the manual because it was hitting on the clamp. I dont know much about ikon. Just make sure the tail pushrod is easy to move etc and make sure the tail servo is set to the correct frequency. I hope that helps mate. Also check your motor belt because it drops during flight and hits the main gear. I had to adjust my motor pinion all the way up just before it binds
@Dukesy thanks for the response, I have done everything you recommended, and my tail still blows out to the left. That's great news because I'm going to throw a vbar on it now. I believe the ikon2 and tb40 are not getting along. I've spent days trying to get it to work and nothing. Ty
tbh mate any gyro fbl system should work its normally just setup but you cant beat vbar neo and vcontrol for the ease. I will never change to anything else 👍
@@bigqbeatsproductions639Please like a subscribe mate. Another TB40 video uploading soon. Hope you get the tail sorted 👍
Hi Duke, great flight! I was curious, what fbl system are you using? I have one right now and the tail keeps blowing out to the left during tail slides. I have a ICON2, and can not get it flying no matter what.
What happened? Why did it shut off like that? On another note, how can you get that tail to behave like that? It seems like it's fast to correct so the tail must be super solid.
@@toadiscoil I dont know why it shut down. Happend before mate. Gutted. The tail is all about mechanical setup and a decent servo and it will be solid 👍
vbar gov so no throttle % but so far running 2200 bank 1 , 3000 bank 2 and 3400 bank 3 👍
Awesome flight! What headspeed & throttle % are you running?
What propeller is there mounted ?
Sick pov. Need to get pov of your helecopter chasing a rider down mainline
I could of done the whole way it didnt lose signal.😢
just upgraded the software in my neo on my x3 haven't flown it for three years what does lightness do? thanks!
lightness increases the positive pitch when the heli is inverted the negative pitch will be increased. Its clever and was invented for really small helis but you can use some lightness when running low rpm
@@Dukesy cool thanks!!
How do you do chest mount? Upside down? Footage looks really smooth.
yeah mate upside down on cheast mount. More stuff on my twisted oaks video..You can do single lens mode aswell for easier editing which I have been trying
Yes Matt!
I bought one for myself; great camera for cycling; captured footage while road and mountain biking
Looks sick, got the x3 but tempted to upgrade already
Nice manual too*
cheers bro. Glad you think so. I think its too wide. or maybe I need it a bit higher up. I havent had much time to do more testing yet
@@Dukesy takes some getting used to, the adjustments and features are endless. I’ve started using the unicorn mount, great for the 360 angles
@@ryanmcdonaldmtbakaselectdi2096 i will have to get that mount and try to get some good angles. Hopefully be worth it. I need to try it on 5.6k as its better for lower light
Hi there. Sorry to learn about the crash. Could you please confirm the condition of your DJI Avata? You may use the Turtle Mode feature next time. It needs to be enabled in DJI Goggles V2/DJI Goggles 2/DJI Goggles Integra (navigate to the goggles settings interface and select Settings > Control > Turtle Mode). The use of the feature is not subject to national and regional restrictions. However, your goggles may prompt "Turtle Mode not required" for some scenarios. Hope this information helps. 1) The attitude of the aircraft is normal. 2) If the aircraft has not taken off or rotated its propellers, flip it over to simulate. 3) There is no abrupt change in the aircraft’s attitude. 4) The aircraft’s motors stop the propellers normally.
thanks for the info its perfectly fine it was my fault 😂, I am really enjoying the avata
@@Dukesy Great to hear that. Fly safely always!
Great video
hey bro, so sorry to hear what happend. hope you are ok. Keep in touch
wow nice trail im also a cyclist
cheers mate 👍
If that's the new cam, it looks great.
im not sure on it mate 🤔
Matt are you filming with your gopro on a stick .Good shots
nope, Ive got a new camera I was testing
Trippy but very nice mate loved it
Thanks mate👍- not as good as the planes and helis 🤣👍
Great stuff buddy
Glad you enjoyed
Is that from the bike or drone
drone mate
Let’s work on getting the gear up!
😱😱😱😱
Henry keeps saying wow so must be good 😊
He can have a go if he wants to 😅
Little pushrods are cool !
The engine has so much power, the model doesn't need wings.
Well done...!
Nice mate and just got my landing in 👍👍
Is that cool? or What?
its Damn coool brother 🤣👍
It sings.
Any reason why the gear stayed down during flight?
Was that supposed to be Normandy markings?
The wheels looks a little bit small. Or is it just me?
Wow, this is a great scale model r/c plan! Great radial engine sound; very realistic! Great flying, too! Cheers! 😁👍🛠️🔧
Many thanks!
Any info about the kit and more info about the engine?
look for Jason Brand in the comments mate. Its a mates plane I will let him know you are asking
Hello mate yes kit is a top Rc corsair 91” fully composite , engine is a UMS 150 cc 5 cylinder four stroke petrol the full cost of this was around £6700
Probably the best R/C airplane landing I've seen . I love the sound of big prop , slow-turning engines for R/C . Sounds more real .
appreciate your comment mate!! please like and subscribe for more
Gotta love the torque roll control on take off. Silky.
Why no cowling ?
Engine is still running in and cooling is an issue we’ve resolved it with telemetry sensor on no 1 cylinder plus baffling and a bigger tank as it’s thirsty at the moment 👌
Simple Superb !! Flight, Sound, controll ....ev thing great😂
Thanks 👍
Very nice
Thanks
Absolute work of art!💪👍
Thank you very much!
It was definitely computerized machinery that built the parts for that engine, considering that all had to be very precise and in miniature. Well done... work of art.
thank you. Please like and subscribe it really does help out the channel
Lot of vibration in the cowl mounting ring, that lead isn't going to stay there for long without some bigger screws to control that shaking. Paint job looks awesome though. Sounds good too.
Awesome! 😮👍🏽
thanks mate
Great job my friend got to love the radials😊
thank you 👍
Sounds beefier than the real deal haha
😂😂😂👍
omg! love the little push rods! that roll was a yeah baby! moment. the landing was a sphincter relaxing moment. what a beauty! cheers from california 🍻
wow all the way to california!!! awesome!! please like and subscribe it would be great to keep in touch 👍
Well done! Beautiful plane, and the engine is excellent! Love that sound!
