I like Ocala but Hallandale Beach Florida is a way better city to invest in and buy properties and the businesses and communities is growing.

THAT was the best condo you had in your inventory?! Like a cheap extended stay motel redo. The home was done well.The gentlemen in the beginning gave a great sales pitch , and the town does have charm.

I graduated from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee. I was recently in FL in October. I came across this video today and while I found a resurgence in Tallahassee taking place, I became disenchanted and ultimately disappointed bc the constant references to Tallahassee as “community” completely failed to say anything about FAMU and it’s place in the city. As a matter of fact, there was no diversity of humanity shown of the region whatsoever. That alone, eventually turned me off to the city. I remember how beautiful a college town it was for me. I also remember the countless friendships made at both FAMU and FSU which I still have to this day. It’s. 2022, and not one mentioned of FAMU and it’s historicity to Tallahassee in this selling piece, shows the vast lack of black wealth ignorance. You missed an amazing opportunity to expand your profile and portfolio.

Sadly, this video doesn't describe real Ocala. Crime is out of control, there are very bad drivers, and the city is just plain boring. Years ago you used to see workin people in downtown having a Bud Light but not anymore it's all about the richer people now. The city is too overdeveloped and traffic is getting bad. Y'all didn't show the rest of Ocala that doesn't look like this. Great episode and great people but the video does not show real Ocala.

The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring , I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach, and Fort Lauderdale, the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself.

Only thing I wish the city would do is to completely redevelop the rough area's completely such as north Tamarind ave which is known for high crime area especially gun violence.
