Its not a shaco bug. There is a bug that when u are to far from a jungle camp, u dont get xp
they got xp from all camps, just less than what they should get. it's probably something concerning boxes, like monsters killed by W not counting the smite item buff to jungle xp@@xSchockZz

Red - krugs - raptors faster even without pull
Thats not the objective of this clear, clear you are level 3 after red buff which means you have flexibility for ganking either mid and bot. Also, when you farm raptors into krugs, they respawn faster, so you can do them after scuttle like I shown. Like this, you can recall on 1200 gold

Why 2 points on w?
You clear faster than E, if you think there is a chance you might need to countergank or other things like that, level E
A lot of high elo shacos take 3 points in w, then max e after ult.
i usually just put 2 in W because it helps the boxes do a lot more damage especially to raptors
