Really? No I don’t remember that. That’s neat. Justin was born at 6:26pm and I had to be at the hospital that morning at 8am for them to induce me. I have been induced with all three of my boys but Levi took the longest time to come out. 🤦🏻‍♀️😏

He was my first baby so I was in labour for 12 hours 😳 he was born in the afternoon although he was early….my due date was actually April 3 !

@@JenniferDavis same here (also when I walk the dog) - I've downloaded about 50 thousand Louis Theroux podcasts for tomorrow...it was that or 'A little life' on audio books...(think that's about 60 hours long)....should take us 5 or 6 hours to get up to York, then the same back - hubby will be with me on the way back as he'll be going up in my daughters car with her (both cars are jammed full of stuff 😅😅😅)

No I don’t think it’s a virus. I think it’s just me not getting enough sleep. I sometimes don’t shut off my mind at bedtime and then I don’t sleep well and I think it caught up with me. I feel much better now. Thank you friend. 😊

Yes I still see Bubba Burgers everywhere around me… even in our small Target. We actually made them again today as well. So far no more itch from the injection site… it just bruises and takes a while to fade away. I keep most of the coffee stuff in the cabinet above the Keurig. I’d love to make a coffee bar/ station. The Orgain tastes pretty decent. I’d would repurchase and I want to find the blue one. I may have to order it online. I will definitely keep everyone updated on the hair growth situation. So far so good. Yes the Mounjaro is definitely doing its job. Everything has been great. I’d like to get to 140 but if I don’t, I am still grateful for where I am now compared to where I started. She was 8 months old when we got her and she had already had kittens we were told right before she was fixed. Not sure if they lived or not. Someone mentioned in today’s comments about using Vitamin D and someone else mentioned Prenatal vitamins for the high Biotin in them. I might be adding those to my list of supplements to try. Yeah, some of those premade shakes do have a weird aftertaste that if you burp later, you’re still tasting it. I will probably eventually switch back over to the powder myself.

@JenniferDavis I should do the sums sometime - three daughters covering 17 years (I think that's right 🤔) of school. So, if they had 13 weeks off across the year, that's 39 weeks. So - 39 weeks, 5 days a week x 3 = 9945 lunchboxes...then I need to throw my husbands lunchboxes into the mix....30 years of marriage, 365 days of lunch making.....10950 lunches 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I've just read this on the BBC website (our reliable news channel). quite an interesting read: A drug used to treat Type 2 diabetes and obesity could also slow down the process of ageing, researchers believe. Semaglutide, better known as Ozempic, "has far-reaching benefits beyond what we initially imagined," Prof Harlan Krumholz, from the Yale School of Medicine, said following the publication of several new studies. They found that the drug could be used to treat a wide range of illnesses linked to heart failure, arthritis, Alzheimer's and even cancer. "It wouldn't surprise me that improving people's health this way actually slows down the ageing process," Prof Krumholz was quoted on Friday as telling the European Society of Cardiology Conference 2024, where the studies were presented. The new data has been published in a number of medical journals, including the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC), which Prof Krumholz edits. "These ground-breaking medications are poised to revolutionise cardiovascular care and could dramatically enhance cardiovascular health," he said. The studies - part of the Select trial, external - tracked more than 17,600 people, aged 45 or older, as they were given either 2.4 mg of semaglutide or a placebo for more than three years. Participants were obese or overweight and had cardiovascular disease but not diabetes. Those who took the drug died at a lower rate from all causes, including cardiovascular issues and Covid-19, researchers found. People using the weight-loss drug were just as likely to catch Covid but they were less likely to die from it, with 2.6% dying among those on semaglutide compared with 3.1% on the placebo. And while women experienced fewer major adverse cardiovascular events, the drug "consistently reduced the risk" of adverse cardiovascular outcomes regardless of sex. It also improved heart failure symptoms and cut levels of inflammation in the body regardless of whether or not people lost weight. Dr Benjamin Scirica, lead author of one of the studies and a professor of cardiovascular medicine at Harvard Medical School, said the findings "reinforce that overweight and obesity increases the risk of death due to many etiologies". But, he told the PA news agency, this "can be modified with potent incretin-based therapies like semaglutide". The medication is a prescription drug offered by the NHS, which supresses appetite and is sold under the brand names Wegovy - used to treat obesity - and Ozempic, for diabetes.

No ma’am I haven’t researched the snail muscin, but I have seen different things with it in Tjmaxx and I LOVE Korean beauty products. I have some Skinfood Peach Sake Pore Toner and their Pore Serum that I found at TJMAXX and it’s on Amazon and it’s Korean. I love it! I want some of the makeup! I hear it’s so good and better ingredients. Someone else mentioned in the comments this morning about possibly trying the copper serum mixed with moisturizer. Now I am intrigued! Where do you get your Korean skin care? And thank you about my decor. 😊

I just use the app from Apple that you have to install to use the watch. It comes with preset faces that you can customize and it allows you to use your own photos too so I make my own wallpapers/backgrounds from just searching images and then add it to my watch through the app.

I got those at Target a couple years ago.
