Insane to see hate comments on this, I recently purchased a kit and was given a paper in the kit that teaches me just how to do this… any magicians who intend to replicate this would need to see someone do it before they can do it themselves. Hating on this man for simply being that mentor is absurd. Thank you Doc and visiting your Gatlinburg shop was a friendly experience and I was happy to support a fellow Secret City local!

another amazing creation by Doc... why aren't these magic effects advertised correctly with original names or creators? That coin looks pretty unique to me but here it is listed as Doc Waddell's effect. Use correct names for effects please that are not your own creation.

How is this 'Doc Waddell's?' What has he added new to this classic in magic? Do all magic tricks become his just because he sells the instructions? Does he credit the original creators or does he claim ownership of all the methods?

I'm pretty sure this is Giovanni Livera's marketed effect. By publishing this video you are stealing his work and in your other video exposing his method, a completely dishonest thing! And this is supposed to be a Gospel trick? If the Gospel was about stealing things from each other to line the pockets of some shop owner then you're spot on. The famous 5th Gospel, nick someone else's hard work and sell it as your own. Giovanni's original effect was also called 'Rope nut knot' - you haven't even bothered to change the name, what a disgrace to both the magic community and to the Christian one.

Doc, I just wanted to say thank you for the awesome tricks! We were up there in your Gospel Magic shop this pasted sat April the 12th and your awesome son helped us. Both of my kids got some magic tricks to help get a family baby diapers. Me and my wife teach AWANA on Wednesday night at our Church and we cannot wait until tomorrow night to show the kids one of the magic tricks and teach them the Gospel way of the trick.
