Your baking is perfection. I was a donut baker thru out the 80s and early 90s. I do still bake donuts at home in the wintertime, but I use a brioche time dough and fried them in clarified butter.

@@ezmann3160 Recipe coming soon was a promise you made three years ago. The real recipe is, buy a commercial donut shop and you too will have enough donuts for your family. Otherwise, we are just putting out a video to make some Youtub dollars.

Donut shop is a great business to get into. Ideally for husband and wife. When get really busy can hire helper for sure. I will talk about how to manage and how to own a donut shop in a later video. Thanks for watching this one my friend.

I'm from Toronto and we had a donut chain called Country Style that made "crullers" which looked just like these. There was cherry, chocolate and my fav walnut cruller. Later on another donut chain Tim Hortons made the same thing but called it a "crunch" donut.
Cool.... crunch donut is a perfect name for it. Freshly done and bite into it sound crunchy and delicious 👍😅

Windsor Ontario Canada had Country Style also, and orange crullers were so good! Nothing like it since.
@@dsmith8937 I totally forgot about the orange crullers! Yeah they were really good. I thought Country Style had shut down I was wrong they still have a lot of locations in southern Ontario and across Canada. I know where I'm going tomorrow.
@@jackflash5659 They used to have one not too far from here, and you can bet I wrote to ask if they still make orange crullers but they didn't respond. Hope to hear feedback if you got there, hope you enjoyed!
