God I love this! A classic story from a fantastic driver. Lynn is also a very nice man. I raced against Fred and my first car was Keith's last Hardees 880 for my first season in 89. Lynn has the best stories. The snowmobile stuff at Hamilton's in Clearfield is gold.

She was a very successful 358 driver with 4 wins at Williams Grove and 4 wins at Lincoln for a total of 8 in her 358 career. But if you don't have the money, manpower or the time to race 410 sprints it is too difficult to compete. Brie Hershey isn't a full time race car driver and not even close. She is a Full time Mechanical Engineer who races for a low budget family owned team with just a small crew of pit crew members. Good luck to anyone in Brie Hershey's situation trying to compete against the top PA Posse, yet alone against a full time PA Posse like Brent Marks or Full time All Stars and Outlaws drivers. Brie would be better off if she is only going to run her family car in 358 competition. If she wants to run 410s it is better for her to put her resume to local car owners that have a bigger budget with more pit crew members.

Met Bobby Davis Jr. at Hanford, Ca in 1989 driving the #10 Casey Luna Ford powered Sprint Car in the WoO event there. I bought a sweatshirt and Bobby was gracious enough to sign it. Was really happy when he won the WoO championship that year. Still have that shirt too.
