Dr. M., when you say there have to be clear signs of neurological damage, what might those signs include in the under-3 crowd? sleep dysregulation count? dysregulation in general? delayed interaction? hypotonia? (I'm giving a talk to early intervention here California and want to make sure i'm giving them the best info.)
