I've delivered Amazon to this location when I was a DSP driver... just now realizing I've had jobs that the employee is robbed in GA ... Lyft, Uber, Postal Service Mail Carrier, Amazon DSP, and Doordash... WOW, I guess people can sense the poor on me and don't even bother but many people see how huge I am and don't bother for the most part... LOL

The layout of this house is odd…very odd. I couldn’t tell which closets went with which rooms. And why is it unfinished? No paint on the walls, no bathroom mirrors. And honestly the staging is terrible. A few pieces of random furniture thrown in a room don’t make it more appealing. Probably should have just left them all empty. Can’t imagine walking in there and wanting to offer 5M.

3MIL for this in ATL? You can get that same house in Southern California with access to the beach and great weather.

Nice house inside for sure, but the outside is architectural hell. The courtyard is flanked by two square boxes hiding any visual interest coming from the main house. Then you have those two square dormer( I guess you would call them) hanging off the front with some weird flat roof. When the rest of the roof lines have a curve slope. Looks like two boogers hanging off the front of the house.

DONT YOU THINK THE BASEMENT SHOULD BE FINISHED COME ON NOW THIS IS OVER A MILLION DOLLARS!!!

I'm sorry. But this is so basic. There are other house in the area and just a bit north are so much better.
