Tiziana Terenzi is totally overhyped especially bcs of Kirke, but ingredient quality wise they are just not the best, they care to much about all beast mode, but the notes itself are just not that good, the blend not that smooth etc; etc; Kirke with about €92; in mid Europe is perfectly priced, but their other fragrances are a joke imo.....

I had the exact same experience with Meliora, but for me it suddenly smelled like candy which put me off. Just shipped it off to someone.

I’m in my late 50’s. Some of my favorite scents are no longer as appealing so I’m not reaching for them as much and they just sit on my tray. However, if there is a way to give my oldies a boost, I would be able to enjoy the best of both worlds. For example, three of my favorite scents are Paris by YSL, Paloma Picasso and Clinique Aromatics. Are there any newer fragrances they can be mixed with, confidently, that would bring them up to date?

I’m watching this at 2:30 am. I must be overly tired and easily amused. My inner child giggles when i hear ”scrubber parfume” ( ”scrubber” has a specific meaning in British slang ). Great video! I wish there was a video with influencers insulting each others fragrances ( regardless of how they actually feel ). Roasting each others tastes. A relief from all the ”panty dropper” routines. Thank for a bit of nuance! 👍

I thought I was tripping until I saw your review. I’m about to review this perfume, I’ve been wearing it everyday because I wanted to get the actual hours it last on me. Your review gave me the validation I wanted. I can barely smell it after 3/4 hours. I see no intensity at all.

I LOVE pairing Ivory route with gris charnel edp and bianco latte. Smells DEVINE!!! Smells like a spiced chai latte. A must try if you have the fragrances.

LOVE MFK BR540 and YSL Babycat on this list. Delina is good but not full bottle worthy for me at this time. I have a sample of Valaya on the way to try out. Fingers crossed.

Hi Jackie! This was an excellent in depth review. Performance wise I had exactly the same experience with this fragrance as you when I first tried it. I loved both Chérie (o.g. as well as 2011) and MD 2017. The 2024 version is definitely growing on me. It’s much sweeter than the previous flankers but it’s got this gorgeous patchouli base that we all love in our MDs. I missed it in the 2021 version which was pretty nonetheless.🙂

How do you like nest indigo? I find it to be a cute fig scent and it also has some green notes and tea, but it’s still very sweet and almost minty :)

Cinnamon scent in it puts me off, the cola note is very weak comparing to the cinnamon that is predominant.
