Your video was much more helpful than the paid "professional" we hired to train me (husband) for my wife's Penguin journey. I can't thank you enough. Her instructions under time pressure in the infusion unit didn't click and were different from your video. I bumbled through the first six caps getting more exhausted then rewatched your video at home and it started to click for the last six caps at home. It clicked for my helper friend too. We finished the long day exhilarated. Next chemo day in three weeks will be so much easier thanks to your easy to learn from video. Happy Healing to Scot and your wife.

Hey! I just wanted to say thank you for this tutorial… I did these cold caps on my mom for 20 weeks of dose dense chemo and we kept all of her hair!! I’m a salon owner operator and now one of my dear clients has to go through chemo and I sent her this video to show her how they work. Thank you for sharing, I wish I had thought to take a video to help others! Thank you so much! And for anyone who’s watching, I know it seems like a lot, especially during the hardest part of someone’s life but, you get into a routine and it’s all downhill from there I assure you. Plus when other patients and healthcare professionals see how well cryotherapy works, they can spread the word because my mom’s oncologist told her there was “no way” to keep her hair. Cheers to the people who accept challenges and give it their all no matter what! ❤ Prayers for those who are watching and have cancer or a loved one with cancer. This was so helpful. The first time I went through a training session with a Penguin expert, I was shocked at how much work it would be. Some things I missed because it was too much info to process. Watching this video helped me remember, and I think the way you do some things is even better.

She did not lose all her eyelashes but she did lose her eyebrows, but they came back full strength!

What about eyebrows? Did she lose those? Eyelashes?

Thank you so much for your tutorial Scot! My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer in February and went through 4 cycles of chemo. She did a lot of research on cold capping and decided on the Penguin brand of cold caps. The cost of renting the cold caps was pricey so I chose not to spend the extra money on the company’s online training. Your CZcams videos were so amazing and thorough that I felt I did not need any additional training and felt I was well prepared!! Thank you so much!! She is now 11 weeks post chemo with her beautiful hair intact! Aside from some minor thinning, her results were amazing and I owe it all to your awesome tutorial. I hope you and your girl are doing well. Thanks again!!

How minutes after putting on a cap should you be taking out the next cap out of cooler to prep for next application?

This is awesome Scot! I had cancer 8 years ago and used the Penguin caps and was able to keep my hair. It looks like the company has improved the product from when I used them. My friend is starting chemo on Monday and although I used these, I didn't put them on myself, so your video has given me the confidence to help my friend next week!
