Hi please answer questions 0:58
What did you use
Better not use the steam cleaner on the cabinets. The veneer will come off.
What product do you use ?
What did you use on porcelain Nd what did you use on chrome
What is the cleaner you spray?
Hi Mike i keep geting invoice for your facebook group. I paid ÂŁ5 but I cant find your channel on facebook. Do you still have the channel on FB and offering help with end of tenancy cleaning?
It looks like a great result mike. What chemical you used in the kitchrn and the steam cleaner is from which place you buy it? Cheers
Ămpressive thank you for sharing
forgot to say well done
Thank you so much for the video I've got the katcher steamer and love it
Great job!
What is the brand name of the shop-vac used ?
I'am using Karcher WD3 and Karcher SC3 steamer. My vac is going every day for hours and hours as I am sucking everything away from the property, they cheap, they goes well, 2 years of warranty door to door, the only disadvantage is that they a bit loud, so headphones is something what you should consider to use. Steamers are supper amazing and you can top up water at any time you want. great product, but really important is to change filters to prevent from limescale build up. Machine is letting know when you should do that.
@@carpetech does using distilled water help prevent scaling ?
@@philc824 100% but not in this situation, filter does good enough job. They not that powerfull so you got steam and hot water comming from nozzle. I got personally 3 of those steamers to flip arround and they goes for last 3 years almost every day at least for 3-4hr. There is a lot of water in use. For high commercial type of steamers with massive boilers yes, but not for this type of domestic steamers. Karcher made great job. I was steaming a lot on the beggining, now after all 1000 of the houses I know when I have to pull steam to speed up job and get impresive results. You cleaning only what need to be cleaned. Not everything đ
Some people never clean. Maybe they were old. Thank goodness for you!!!
yes, it was old disable person living in this flat, it wasn't to bad, i have been true worst :)
I remember my dad used to use muratic acid in our bathrooms every so often. He'd tell us to go outside when he used it. I was afraid of it. What was the solution you had?
Hydrochloric acid call patio and brick cleaner, glass scraper and metal sources from shop but soft one. That's the only solution that works instantly. Patio and Brick cleaner you can get from ebay 20litres 4x 5lt bottle for i guess 22 pounds.
Karcher steamer? I like how you use a steamer and shopvac together. Ingenious!! I subbed!
Thanks, yes after 100 hours you can get use to using 2 hands together :) Then you have not much oversprays etc. Training after Training and you get there.

love how you used stair tool to get threshold and filtration lines ⊠excellent !!!
thanks, the suction in those places was really important to pull as much as possible, new buyer in most cases ripping off those carpets anyway but at least he can walk in arround without pain
Nice job! I like that you're patient with the process
Thank you. Yes... in those situation relax during the process is the way to go from my point of view
I'm glad to see new videos! Enjoy your work and knowledge
thank you James đ i should have videos uploaded more often
What percentage acid is it? They seem to range from 13-36%.
you buying patio and brick cleaner, and you diluting that with water in pump up sprayer, avoid chrome, other materials are fine, you have to test whats work for you, i am usually doing half half, for toilets you going full strengh
Hey Mike. Impressive work indeed! What do you use to clean up the oven hobs and to polish the stainless steel? It will be really helpful. Thanks
For ovens i am usually ordering external company. I hate them, so better in bad scenario to loose 50 and get someone else to do it. For hob, soft stinless steel spounge degreaser glass scraper and digging. Nobady found product that will take all the pain off us đ Make yourself best mate with your local oven cleaners. Sometimes they do all, sometimes you can go to them and dip racks and trays for 10 then only do inside of the oven. If you can get wide enough water basket you can dip trays in it with sodium. But i found better to loose 15 or 50 then wasting 2h of my day time digging oven. I'am turning full End of Tenancy 2-3beds in one day only doing them by myself
It was the McCullough steam cleaner, like you used on your other cleans! Only a powerful blast of steam could do this!
unfortunatelly, this was an insane ammount of rock solid soap mixed with limescale. Steam wasn't the option in this situation. No efect whatsoever. This was scrubed off with drill and scrubbing pads and trust me, 1.5hr of digging like in coal mining to cut back to bare tiles. It was a nightmare.
and then only steamer i am recomending is karcher sc3, you can topup water at any time and back to job instantly and they last long if you replacing filter regularry, price and 2 years warranty is also great
So impressive. Can I get a line contact for further talk?
Jump to facebook group cleanteam
What is the chemical used?
DRILL AND SCRUBBIN GREEN PAD đ
@@carpetech Thank you ...what is drill? is it a chemical?
Citric acid powder mixed with warm water and yes the drill scrubber or hard bristle brush attachment works very well for this built on nightmare. Be careful never to use abrasive things on glass doors or plastic type shower windows as it will damage it as well as scratch it. Apply thick paste type citric acid mix and cover with plastic wrap for an hour or so then soft scrub sponge and rinse off after removing plastic wrap. Heavy stains and caked on needs for more than one treatment as well and more elbow grease. đȘ
I love your work. I also clean here in the states and would like to invest in the steamer& vacuum machine. Can you please provide a website for purchase?
You can get in touch with me on facebook group cleantalk
Hello! What are the products you used and where can I find that steamer w vacuum? Im from America, maybe a link?
Its been mentioned in one of my videos under the comment section. Also you can reach me on facebook group cleanteam
I saw a video where you are using a steam cleaner. You are wearing a mask. I have allergies to mold. Not sure it the steam cleaner kills the mold spores on window seals or if the spores go into the air. Does your mask provide protectiom from mold/mildew & fumes from chemicals.
Hi Ed. You have to take in consideration, steam is evaporating when you use it. It will not work on mould unfortunately. It's just simply heat up steam to dissolve dirt and lift it to the water for easy removal.
I saw one of your videos with a mask. Curious what kind it is? Do you use it for protection from fumes? I have allergies to mold. Do you?
Hi Ed. No I am not using a mask. But I should do when I am using acid. For that reason 3m chemical mask should work well. I did test on that video cheap mask from local toolstore but this is only good for dust really.
Nice job just wondering if you clean the shower pipes as well as on the video it's looks like they are still covered with limescale? at the end of cleaning. Maybe it's only the shadow of the video/lights in the property. I seen many bathrooms totally covered with hard limescale and the pipes at some bottom places are so difficult to clean :)
Yes I did but I was not much care about them as those flats are not required to be super detailed. For the picture purposes and check in report they absolutelly fine. I know what how much and where I need to go. Each agency got diffrent requirements is well so for this flat results are amaizing if you know what I am saying.
@@carpetech Yes absolutely the inventory clerks can be very picky when it comes to final property checks & reports. In our area the end of tenancy cleaning standards are set up to very high level means sometimes it's very hard and is taking so much time to clean the propertys to high end - nothing we can do about it .. somebody need to do this job :) respect Mike for all your videos and support in the cleaning industry
@@cleanxpro2112 true but not with every agency, the big one yes... that why I did found the best way to make everyone happy, and true there is so much to do and always issue when you ask for the price that why it is important to do that quick and good what tooked me a good year to understand đ
I saw a steam cleaner in a another of your videos, what model is it?? Nice videos đđ
Nice video Mike. Is nice to see result đ . How you deal with shower screens which has too much hard water and limescale? Is you use the acid on it?
is all about what are you dealing with.... what kind of property etc.
Sure in your experience does acid work nicely on bad shower screen?
Thats another great result mike. I will certainly subscribe your new group on the Facebook as i need help and advice to start my own tenancy business. Cheers
thank you and you mosthly welcome đ
Great Job! đ€©
Thank you Stu. đ
I didn't see how its happens.đđđđ€Łđ€Ł
its a magic đ drill scrubbing, pads and acid and 2hr of swetting, there is no magic fluid to cut thrue, its fisical scrubbing in this case, i did over 1k of properties and never come across anything like this, it was solid like rock layout covering tiles
Meaningless...no explanation of how to clean....could have been a different bathroom for all I know....waste of time
yes it is a diffrent bathroom đ»
Hello, May you do a video showing you steam cleaner? Iâm a girl but I love the machines, thanks.
is in the most recent video love đ
Wait ... I blinked and the video was over.
that how quickly I did that bathroom đđđđ
Fantastic work! đ
thank you đ
Just came across your channel, love watching the videos :-) What's the solution in the spray bottle?
heavy duty degreaser
Mike its fantastic result but what chemical you used for the tiles, shower and taps? Thanks
i show you soon :)
Fantastic i look forward to it.
what did Mike used ?
it's that acid wash 80? or any other concentrated hydrochloric acid? I would like to start my cleaning buisness in West Sussex but there is still plenty to learn. The biggest concerns about limescale chemicals is which one to use to not damage the other materials arround the batch like a plastic or emable....so Mike would you be that kind person and share your knowledge and experience?
Question is what is your cleaning purpose, if its a End of Tenancy Cleaning then you don't have to think to much about damages :) untill you are not dealing with expensive properties, mixed 50/50 will not damage anything apart of TAPS that you just have to simply cover with something ( can be microfibre towels whatever ) You really only using it on tiles arround bath area, bath itself, shower hose and glass panel, when you got shower cabin you can go wild without be worried much :))) there will be another video coming soon⊠and group on facebook when i would like to get people togheter and share ideas issues etc so stay in touch, there is a lot to get to know, it was hell of a journey to get where i am now and many tears in eyes
Thank you. What machine or tool are you using?
Steam cleaner & wet and dry vacuum cleaner.
Would you share the brand sir?
Karcher bro
I wish if you can tell us the products you used in every video
Good degreaser, good acid for limescale and loads of steam :)
Adorei essa limpeza parabéns
??
Lol..your sense of humor!!
i know :) its hard to record and talk to yourself looking on camera hahah :)
Hi what chemical are you use for this task please?
Hi. Hydrochloric Acid know also as patio and brick cleaner :)
Thanks for letting me know. I guess you use it when toilet is very bad condition.
@@mlah7810 Always for roilet and diluted for bath sjower screen shower cabin. Only not for chrome taps etc
Thanks for the tips. I gonna use as i just start a cleaning business for house cleaning so i gonna need the best solutions. Keep up the good videos i like very much.
@@mlah7810 if you doing domestic cleaning on the regular base you dont need that really as property is done every week... but if you cleaning after a year of tenancy where nobady clean his place at all then you going to need it but please be really careful as this is strong acid.... dilude that in sprayer kwazar bottle 50 50 and be really carefully as you can damage taps if you spray on them
Hey! Thanks for your video! What technique do you use for work?
Hi. You welcome. I do use steam & extraction togheter..
What steam cleaner machine do you use?
On this video It is a commercial one - Matrix, company base un UK. 4.5Bar of pure steam. But you don't really need that for normal size bathroom. Steam is really only good in Bathroom for seals and tiles grout. If you have limescale or soap solid residue on tiles or bathroom full of dark scale chemicals and scrubbing is needed. Steam gives that amazing fresh wow effect and super clean environment but for that you can use Karcher SC3 and wet and dry Karcher Vacuum WD3 Professional and you can do crazy effects if you use it properly.
Did you use steam to clean the house?
Yes. I am steaming and vacuuming in same time. It is hard on the beginning to sync 2 hands as one but after 50 attempts you can crack on like a PRO
You are the bestđđŒđđŒđđ
It was tough :)) and not paid as should so I was a bit in hury to do that đđ
lord have mercy đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
hahahhahaa :) I was nearly crying haha 2hr to get that soap scrub with DRILL from walls and glass hahaha
