For the urethane bumper, the iron core disc isn't welded to the center hub? This can't be good for longevity of the plate...

Can we direct order it from company?
Okay, so they know the weight of the metal plates and rings, but the rubber cast volume and density won't be consistent enough to produce consistent weight. What do they do at the end of the process (after shaving excess rubber) to adjust it to the final weight?
It has to be insignificant few grams of difference with the stablished weight, i bet is less than a quarter pound of rubber in the final plate. Not an expert but thats what i think
