If you guys want a brief translation, Reita is saying the names of the songs, but after the group made fun of his accent ("bara") and then after he said "Swallowtail on Death Valley," I guess Mob 136 Bars looked too hard to read in English, and he felt a little frustrated so he made Kai read it. Kai read it very well in English, but then Reita teased him for saying it so well, and wanted Kai to say it with a stronger Japanese accent. That is why Kai talks funny in the end.
