`People act as if riding or driving legal speeds prevent deaths, what size is that bubble you live in eh. People die every single day in car accidents and the majority were not speeding or shooting gaps etc. Its the luck of the draw on a bike, stay on the rode long enough and some idiot might plow into you at a stoplight or make aurn in front as if you werent there. The reality is driving in America no matter how safe you are guarantees nothing, anyone on the road is at the mercy of the next inattentive or distracted driver.
