I recommend watching this at 60 FPS so that the ring queue can be seen easier I use shift queue to count exactly 22 ticks to land a frame perfect eulstrike. This is basically an expansion of the frame perfect naga siren stun using basi/aquilla. Play Invoker. Shift queue euls someone. Mr3Nice1Guy9 song then shift queue the aquila (maybe twice) then shift queue the song. What it does is that it lengthens the time for naga to off the sleep, since if u shift queue the song after the meteor hits, there is a gap in which heroes can use bkb or blink out. With the aquila off-ed/on-ed, that gap shortens, creating a perfect meteor hammer stun.
Tested this, confirmed that the timing is perfect but interacts weird. Sometimes it would stun sometimes not, in a scenario with 10 creeps and 10 heroes not all would get stunned. The safest way is to click the items twice instead but leaves a small time frame for movement.
