Displaying the progress on replacing the rear sill on my 1976 (10/1975) Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. I have removed the old sill and I am getting the metal ready to install the new sill.

3 Views of side by side comparison of the Invidia N1 Catback exhaust and the Volt Catback exhaust. Both are seen on 2002 MINI Cooper S's with similar upgrades (15% Reduction Pulley, Cold Air Intake). Red Cooper has been tuned, Yellow has not.

You're missing a bracket That's supports the other side of the linkage.

здраствутя - I am still in the rebuild process but in the US the reported mileage is 12-13 mpg, or if I calculated right, 18liter/100km. (Found a website that confirmed it. Glad my math still works).
@@smportis thank you so much for the information, my friend, and sorry for the trouble. I have the opportunity to put 3F it is also carburetor I do not know if it is better than 2F we have no data on these engines in Russia, so we have to look for information among like-minded people like you;)
@@user-nd9xf9xm7w I'd go with the 3FE - fuel injection, easier to start, slightly more efficient. Either is a long running, simple engine.
Also ih8mud.com is a long running website filled with information from people all over the world working on these vehicles.

it's called a "Cold" idle screw, for warming up the vehicle. now I have a question... if you set your Cold Idle screw, and then the truck warms up... what's going wrong if your idle won't drop back down the way it's supposed to....
Thanks, I just put one of these on my fj40 and it had no paperwork describing adjustment screws etc.

Really appreciate your detailed video of parts and fitment! I will need to do the rear sill on mine at some point, and this gives me an idea of what exactly I’ll be working with. Did your replacement panels come from CCOT?
The rear sill came from a gentleman on ih8mud.com (AWL_TEQ maybe) who isn't doing them any more. I bought it about 6 years ago and finally installed it. I have some FJ40 friends who have recently done their sill and I think yes, CCOT. I just ordered the roof rail from them, hoping it's good. Takes a while to get the roof parts and some others because they make them on demand.

Where can you buy the volt exhaust system? I've tried googling it but I cant seem to find it anywhere, Is it still being made?
@carsplease Yes, 15% pulley makes the supercharger really whine! Still love it. Still have the Volt Exhaust (Red car in Video). Only 31K miles on it, 9 years old.
@AndyRoddick969 2006 MCS and earlier is Supercharged, 2007 and up is turbocharged

Nice video guys! Damn that 15% makes the supercharger SO LOUD! Mine is still stock (if you dont count tinted windows, haha), that'll probably be my first mod, I love the sound of the supercharger! Great comparison though! What brand pulley reduction? Alta/WayMotorWorks/MiniMania,etc?
