The small coin is a rose farthing

The coin at 8.02 is actually a Charles l Rose Farthing,you can google that for confirmation. at 50.27 is part of a Chimney Sweeps Brush Rod section or a Drain Rodding tool.

The bullet case is a .243 Winchester. Cartridge was created by the Winchester company, and that one was manufactured by Winchester. You could have found the same thing made by another company, example RWS in Germany, and it would have ’RWS 243 WIN’ stamped in the end. 243 is arguably the most popular Fox and Deer rifle cartridges in the UK
