Walking the Camino de Santiago and particularly in Spain, it illustrates to us how sometimes we have to walk through the wilderness, processing all the incumbencies that generate pain and suffering but experiencing how our confidence in the grace of God must not decline, which is ultimately what gives us the strength to spend the hard test and find the blessings we expect from him, because he will always be present! We are on a journey and we have no idea when it will be over, and in the midst of our journey we still need each other. I listened last night to Anderson Cooper and Sanjay Gupta answer questions submitted by CNN viewers, and Dr. Gupta reinforced something we can do for ourselves; reach out through social media and be in touch with each other so we don't feel isolated.
