Thank you for this video. I also didn't find many reviews on The Pump style when I purchased a used pair online a few years ago. I was surprised that the size 6, 1.0 Pump fit very small- like a size 5- I couldn't wear them. This year I made sure to go up a half size as suggested and ordered a size 6.5 in The Bootie and they are also too small. They fit like a 5.5. I'm almost ready to quit trying to find my size by buying blind in a final sale. I do feel my size in The Pump and Bootie will eventually be 7 or 7.5. It seems I'm only having a size issue with the closed styles, because in the 1.0 D'Orsay style I'm my usual size 6! I'm hoping one day I'll be able to try before buying in Canada, so I can figure out what size I am in each of the styles.

15 minutes is too long and you have to wash and condition. It is not supposed to put it in your roots .

Firstly, you don't do a product review without showing a before and after. Secondly, you don't say what is wrong with your hair. You have it slicked back so nobody can even truly get a look at it. Thirdly, as no visible damage can be detected, the reason that you're not sering any results is likely due to the fact (?) that your hair is already undamaged. I'm 55, my hair is quite dry from colouring and that it's now very porous given that it's now all grey. I just washed my hair and then put the mask on after gently absorbing the water with a towel. I applied the product as directed from roots to ends then ran a widetooth comb through it. I put on a shower cap and then wrapped a towel around it and left it on for longer than was recommended so 30 mins as my hair is quite damaged. I rinsed it and got a jolt by how utterly silky soft it made my hair during the rinse. This might just be due to a superficial coating of silicone (no idea if it has them) but contrary to popular belief, silicone isn't harmful to hair- according to trichplogist CZcamsr Abbey Jung. Ok, I'm going to apply my usual thermal product (Redken) then let it air dry before putting in hot rollers. I'll check back later....
