It's not easy for average people to know what the #1 player in the whole world was thinking.
Yes but his body language was absolutely clear and we can clearly say that he played that shotđ
I think this is proof the Filler also watches your content. LOL
Hehe we don't know what is the truthđ
His reaction to the shot going tells ya all you need to know it was for sure intentional.
Yes and that is exactly what I metioned in this videođ
Graphics really help, thanks!
Thank you so much for your comment. I am so happy that you found it helpfulđ
10:21 to 11:13 All those shots were in one run! Kudos to the uploader for showing them all together. So you need to make a short video of just this: the best run EVER in 8-ball. I dare anyone to find better. Who is that guy, anyway?
Thanks for comment. That was Chris Mellingđ
Ralf Souquet played this shot many years ago. If I remember correctly it was at hill hill in European championships.
Yes, you are right! It was at European 10-ball Championship against Mario He but I don't remember what yearđ€
He definetely played Matter of fact Look where He placed His chalk ITS actually a Foul because He aint allowed to do IT hahah
I don't think it matters and it's a total coincidence. He was standing there so he could put the chalk wherever he wanted.
Actually, you're only not allowed to use chalk for 1-rail kicks and banks because you can't use it as a direct aiming reference. The fact the chalk was on the 3rd rail of the bank can't be considered an aiming point, even if that's where he intended the cue ball to hit. No referee in the world would call that a foul and hopefully people aren't in their club games, either.
@@chili015 ITS actually still Not allowed obviousely No one would call IT because No Referee can proove He used AS an aiming Point but He clearly did thats very smart
@@chili015 Yes, you are right but I didn't notice before that he can try to use his chalk point.
I agree with you. It was an intentional shot with a good potential for a safety. Or at least a very difficult shot for his opponent (who was covering his eyes). In my experience, it's not an easy shot. You really have to practice getting the spin, aim, and speed down. I've tried it several times in a match, but I have yet to make it. Some players think I am crazy when I call the side pocket. LOL
Hehe, just in point! I knew this shot before but I never seen it executed in official match in such a big tournament. I didn't say it in video but I think that he didn't play one rail bank because of pocket's difficulty. His choice was something like good safety with very chance to pot into the side. Anyway, Karl Boyes said that they practice shots like this but there are not many chances to see something like this in tournaments :)
@@MrCueBall Yea, to see someone go full "Efren Reyes" in a tournament is enjoyable. hehe Great shot. Winning is great, but a great shot makes pool beautiful.
I'm not entirely sure it was intentional where he pocketed it - he wasn't far off the other middle pocket. If he had gone for the double or the other middle pocket he could still have got good position on for the last shot.
Thank you for your comment and opinion. That's why I wanted to show the moment when it was visible that he was checking the angle after bouncing off the bottom short rail. So i think that he played this shot. At least he calculated that it could work and if not, then it would be safe. Same thing said Karl Boyes. I tried this shot many times and always cue ball going very close to the right side pocket. Anyway, if I were in his place, I would definitely try to play one rail bank into the bottom left corner.
What do you think about this shot? Was it intentional? In this video I am going to analyze one of the most incredible shots made by Josha Filler where he suprised everyone!đ If you enjoyed this video and you agree with my explanation then please consider leaving a thumbs up and hit the subscribe button to never miss videos like thisđ
This is gonna be epic even before I watchđ
Maliwanag na espiya yan sir
Efren literally could switch hands full time playing pool and still dominate the pool world
I made this shot on the 8 ball at my local tournament this weekend. Just a few less balls on the table. The 4 rail shot funnels to the pocket well if you know how to see it.
I love you efren
That cake looked good
Nice job. All we have to do now is create a shot and make it on the first try. (LOL) Where most players might play conservative odds, I believe Efren was never afraid of those magical shots in a big money tournament. He's probably shot variations of them many times in the pool halls of the Philippines.
Thank you so much for your comment đ
This is without a doubt the best video I have ever seen on billiards. Your explanation and diagrams are amazing and extremely valuable to anyone attempting to try and learn positioning the cue ball. I will obviously be saving this video and playing it over and over again. To observe what will happen with any given position and speed on a cue ball. WOW. I wonder if you could. Or have done a video on deflection as it relates to spin. At this point that is all my biggest concerns. When I use spin that the deflection causing the object ball to move to the right or the left missing the pocket. Thank you for your dedication. You are a joy to watch.
Ohhh my.... Thank you so much. This is bit older video where I didn't have too much editing skill and currently I have more quality so i am very happy that you enjoyed it and you found it helpful!
Not only did you show the impact and path of the Q Ball from the object ball but also from the adjacent longrell's. No one else has ever shown that before. That's the area that has really impacted. Maybe cause that's where i'm getting in the most trouble. You can be sure.I will be watching everyone of your videos. As they come out. Thank you again
Itâs god gift to him , you can say skills or hard work đ
thank you đđ
Thank you so much for your comment!
You have skill this is for sure, but Efren has a 360 degree crowd around him and thousands on the line, ill leave it at that.
why don't you learn english, this video is retarded crap

The funny thing is that the shot in your thumbnail was never shown in the video itself.
This thumbnail is a reference to the title of the video "1 in a million".
Z and L shot.. Cant beat that
I would add one very important aspect. Of course tip must be correctly chalk, but also (equally important) cue tip must be in very good shape
Of course it is very important, but without these 5 aspects it will certainly not be that important.
Good video. We should add too so players donât get frustrated is that clean polished balls along with new fast felt and or clean fast felt and overall climate conditions make a huge difference in the amount of draw one can creat from table to table. Anyone whoâs played many different tables & locations and different climate conditions would know that sometimes they might ask themselves why is the cue drawing so so much more than the other day at another establishment etc. cheers
Thank you so much for your comment and opinion about my videođ
All true but ⊠I can still draw pretty well on even the worst tables. I used to think I couldnât draw well because of poor tables. But it turned out that good technique made all the difference. Once I developed good technique the ball started coming back. The point? Donât blame the table and use it as an excuse. You might not get the length on draws that you want, but you can still learn how to do it.
@@jbart9309 I can draw as much as I want on poor equipment too Iâm just saying that on excellent equipment & perfect conditions I can do wicked draw shots. My other point was others need to be aware of this because it can make a big difference. Cheers
@@tomburns890 no criticism was meant, Tom. Itâs just when I first started learning how to draw, I was playing on a poor table. And I thought the problem was a table. It was me!
@@jbart9309 no worries and all I meant was for beginners not to get frustrated when they starting out and learning and then watch some pro on excellent equipment spin the shit out of the ball and get frustrated. Cheers
ur funny man đđđđđ
I hope in a positive wayđ
#6 is really pathetic on both players parts. De Luna for trying to enforce what was an OBVIOUS combination and Immonen for his volume.
1:11 - not only with a longer bridge? More rapid acceleration with the same length bridge also achieves this.
Yes, you're right, but what I meant more was that we can only achieve this with a longer bridge in relation to bridge length.
this is like Steph Curry hitting that 3 point shot against okc from the logo but in a finals game 7 game. Banggggg Banggggg
novice players are just happy to make a shot
This is trueđ
yeah, i love this video i learned a lot from this! thanks Adam and more power!
Thank you so much for your comment and support đ
Wonderful advice. Especially the elbow drop and timing on power shots. Timing all the time. To me, timing is most effective when we start with the cue tip very near the object ball instead of several inches away. With a loose grip, the cue stick will naturally drop to the table, but that should happen only after contact with the cue ball.
Thank you so much for your comment and your feedback with thoughts. This means a lot that you enjoyed and found it helpful đ
How about in offs. Best way too avoid
I think that we need to practice more and more these aspects which I presented in this episode. There is no better way to improve all these things. But of course there is possibility to make another episode to explain best methods to avoid common mistakes.
Adam, great video as always. This may be a naive question but here goes. Is there only one shot that uses most of the cue tip (center ball stun)? Are you hitting the draw shots with only a small portion of the tip? Thanks.
Thank you very much for your comment and feedback. In my opinion, during each type of shot we experience the use of the entire tip. Regardless of whether we hit with a center ball, side spin or backspin, our cue tip is loaded with different types of forces. If we hit with a center ball, the force acts centrally on the entire tip, and when we hit with side spin, the force acts at a certain angle, which generates a different type of stress. I've never paid much attention to it and I don't have enough knowledge to comment on it, but that's my opinion on it.
