Are “stronger” than the ones of more arcane origins. Like how a wizards and artificers learned how to manipulate the magic of the world to their will. So in a sense if you put something that was used as intended vs something that was altered. The more “natural” source is correcting it or would win.
BotW/TotK are a reboot because after Aonuma was effectively in charge of the series he wanted to throw away the old and start over - paying fan service/lip service to the other games as winks that dont mean anything. BotW was a hollow rush job. It and TotK are both bastardizations of what was canon. TotK relies on broken physics with crafting as its gimmick. Aonuma ruined Zelda.
The whole mgs lore is not that confusing, it's just a lot to unpack, mgs3 alone had too much lore that a one hour video wouldn't even cover all of it if you want to give a somewhat short summary on solid snake, start with big boss, how he get the title(the boss background and her place in all that), peacemaker, mgsv then solid snake

I don’t like to play against casual players at all honestly. Especially the ones who think they’re good. They very often have extremely arbitrary rules that almost always frown heavily against zoning. I like to Zone. I play zoning characters. Casual players whine and bitch and moan and cry so so much anytime they play a zoner. I do not need to zone to beat a casual player, but if they’re gonna bitch and moan and cry about it I’m not only going to Zone but I’m gonna do it a hell of a lot more often more than normal.
