The price of the apartments must go up the higher you go up . Are they putting any restaurants or viewing points at the top .. and we’re does everyone park to live there …looks nice I came in to city yesterday and could see it 👍🏻
Japanese knotweed all over the site btw The land was initially deemed unsuitable and businesses closed because of that. Not a problem any more it seems. Oh wait. The bigger deal was the apparently urgent need for industrial warehouses A levelling up grant was applied for and granted based on there being warehouses on that land by 2027.... Not a problem any more it seems, but what happened to the money, bcc?🤔
can't wait to see if they build a triangle, we've got squares and oblongs but most of all we've got the ROTUNDA which isn't actually round its slightly oval.
Manchester is a small city with half the population of Birmingham. Manchester city centre is so small they have to share it with the city of Salford. BIRMINGHAM SECOND CITY
Tom Wagner has not the slightest intention of building a 60000 seat stadium sports quarter on that piece of land. He has made the majority of his money from real estate investments and knowing that that piece of land is within 100m of the HST hub into Europe for all passengers and freight for the whole of the North of the UK only a fool would build something that he would have to continually invest in and gamble on any returns. Do the maths a couple of thousand apartments hotels shopping and leisure complex’s would generate profits of well over 750 million in just sales alone not a bad return for 48 million and that’s without even touching the European freight warehouses and logistics side of it. The man has hardly mentioned the rebuilding of a team that will be in 4 weeks thread bare when the contracts run out on half the squad no matter how bad some where and at one point of the season sixth in the league. Why build a 60000 seat stadium when Harry Potter and all the wizards at hogwarts wouldn’t have enough magic to fill it
They've consistently spoken about the extra revenue through the social media sponsorship to fund more players. He even said it'll just cost him a few more million if we go down. Knightshead have a mixed portfolio long term investments so again cherry picking information. Some fans just want them to fail
active track is so much fun, i must try it myself again
the diggers defently give a sense of scale, nicely flown
Concrete dump Birmingham city full of poverty drugs and depression.
Birmingham dead boring place people are miserable and backwards in Birmingham living in the past .
Birmingham is still a boring dump.
Haven't seen Aston Hall from that angle before. Very nice! Bit of an undiscovered gem in Birmingham...
How pleasant. Thx
It's a lovely show
Am loving how light the spire looked
Great drone footage and amazing aerial view. 👍👍👍Thanks for sharing. Subbed and Liked.👍👍👍
Why didn't you go right to the top level?
The Drone is only cane go to 120mtrs
Nice. The area around St Paul's Square is my favourite part of Brum. Used to enjoy walking around there when I was at University there in the 80's...
Great flight 👍

Great shots. Liked and subscribed. Greetings.
I Didn't even know this was an event.
Such a magestic looking place
more skyscrapers are needed in the city centre. I am glad these projects are finally coming into effect.
Why do we need more high rise they will very soon be part of the past
There are plenty of skyscrappers in Birmingham City Centre
@@peterwilliamallen1063 plenty yes but lots of room for improvements
Finally affordable social housing 😂
Thank you. I plan to go this year and it's nice to get a feel for what to expect.
Happy flying

a lovely looking walk, thanks for taking us
Does the caravan park ever flood? Looks like it's below sea level from above.

There is the tricorn building at 5 ways, a brilliant building for light transmission. Not that tall though.
This is going to be the tallest building in Birmingham and the only Octagon Building in the World
The Shard is tallest building in London and Europe
Manchester's skyline is much better.
You what, this skyline spreads across the whloe City Centre in front of you not a couple of streets as in the City of Manchester

@@stevenhoughton1406 Glad some one else is in agreement
Digbeth is a very small area of Brum.🤔
Thanks for the video, some areas of the old course could get very wet and not just in the low areas, hope they have sorted the drainage. 👍

what a dump
john. That's why it makes it a bargain of a purchase. It's how it gets completed that counts. Watch this space and get your popcorn ready.
Bristol city???
I hope they can manage the traffic somehow but a nice piece of ground
It's at least 5 years down the road but will be something good to look forward to after so many years of terrible owners
What about the japanese knotweed and all the other reasons the council decided to close it for. Corrupt bastards
