BH series is for people who are currently in transferrable job. But there is a loophole. It doesn't require any document or proof of your job while paying the next installment of tax after every 2 years. So, even if you are going to retire in 6 years, you will not have to upload any document while paying tour tax after your retirement. So, technically you can enjoy the benefits of BH registration even after your retirement as long as government doesn't amend the law and make it compulsory to upload your working certificate while paying your next tax installment.

In most of the cars, spare tyre is smaller & for temporary use only. why would you want to fit it on alloy wheel? If your spare tyre is of same size, I guess, there is no harm fitting it on alloy wheel.

You can sell your car whenever you want. There is no such compulsion. All you need to know that if your prospective buyer is not eligible for BH registration, then he will need to cancel the current BH registration and apply for local State series registration.

No. You don't buy new tyres for wheel alignment. Lekin jab bhi aap apni car me new tyres fit karwate ho to uss samay wheel alignment jarur karwa lena chahiye.

You definitely can import a foreign car to India by paying all requisite taxes, either directly from the manufacturer or through an agent. The key point is that the imported car must be Right Hand Drive (RHD) only. According to Motor vehicle Act, only RHD cars are allowed to be registered and driven on public roads. Only Indian car manufacturers are allowed to import LHD cars for R&D purposes (not to ply on road). So if you want to import an American muscle in India, you better ask Dodge to make a Right Hand Driven Hellcat and then have it import to India. But that will cost you a fortune I guess.

Sorry for delayed response. If your vehicle is registered with BH Mark, you don't need to re-register your vehicle when you move to other state. Infact, the very purpose of introducing the BH Series Mark was to eliminate the complications of re-registration of vehicles whenever the owner was transferred to another state. If your state is currently not accepting requests for BH registration, then, unfortunately, you'll have to wait until they adapt the new system. Some people have reported that they have obtained BH registration from the neighbouring states by making a rent agreement there and used it as a local address proof.

As per recent amendments, owners are required to submit form 60 while renewing their BH registration. So technically, no, you can't retain BH number after retirement. But whoever have renewed their BH registration, all have reported that they weren't asked to upload form 60. So you can enjoy your BH registration as long as government doesn't make it mandatory to upload form 60.

As per the law; yes, you need to. But when you pay your next tax installment, you don't need to submit any documents. As of now, all you have to do is just login to Vaahan portal and pay your tax. And you are good to go. So technically you can use your BH registration even after retirement. But government can change these loopholes later. And then you'll need to register for state series.

As of now, you can continue using your BH registration even after your retirement. Because you don't need to upload any kind of documentation at the time of your BH registration renewal after every 2 year. But government can change these rules anytime later. To abhi ke liye aap apni retirement ke baad bhi BH number use kar sakte hain.

He told you exactly what is written in the official Gazette for BH Registration. As per the gazette, a person has to be BH eligible throughout the lifetime of the registration. But the thing is when you pay your next renewal fee after 2 years, you don't need to upload any document. Just pay the next registration fee and you are good to go. Some people claimed that their next renewal fee payment link became live just after 1 year. So they paid their next 2 years' fee in 1 year advance without uploading Form-60. In short, many private sector employees who changed their job after 1 year, have already paid registration tax for 4 years. Now they can use their BH registration even when they are not BH eligible anymore. Hope you got my point.

Has they started issuing BH series in Haryana? One of my relative bought a car a month ago in Gurgaon. Dealerships told them that Gurgaon RTO hasn't started issuing BH registration. Anyways, just to answer your question; BH registration is economical than State series because you don't need to pay entire amount in one go. So I'd say go for BH Registration if you can get one in Haryana.

The rule was implemented in September 2021. So wait for one more month & you'll get all the answers when people start to pay their next tax installment starting September 2023.

This video is an year old Mr. Alam. The original Gazette for BH Registration was vague which created lots of confusion & it was exploited due to inherent loopholes. Later, government released update on BH Registration to prevent misuse. As per the latest rules, a person has to remain BH eligible throughout the lifetime of the registration period. And you'll have to upload Form 60 each time you pay tour tax installment. So, once you leave your old job and join a new one which makes you BH ineligible, you won't be able to pay your next tax installment on absence of Form 60. & you'll have to surrender your BH registration and opt for a state registration. Hope this clears your confusion.
