UPDATE: despite saying that they wouldn't broadcast junior eurovision earlier, khabar agency from kazakhstan has now confirmed that they WILL indeed broadcast the show, and have even confirmed the names of the commentators. this is a more encouraging sign that kazakhstan may return to the contest next year
