I was diagnosed in May 2022 by TheADHDCentre and like the lady in this video am now receiving treatment for my ADHD. It’s helping me become the best version of myself that I can become and getting my life back on track. I’d highly recommend booking in for an assessment. If your experience is the same as mine you’ll be seen quickly, receive excellent service and care! Wish you luck on your journey! The sooner you take the next step towards assessment the sooner you can start availing of the very worthwhile help that’s on offer.

When you get referred you have the right to choose your assessor and the person dealing with your care, ask to be referred to the adhd centre or somewhere like psychiatry uk and they will sort you out and precribe anything you need. Hope you get sorted x
Hi and thank you for the encouraging talk. As an adult ADD sufferer I've found the lock down hard. My work structures my time into 30 minute intervals and I thrive in it. The sudden loss if that structure has been hard. Thanks.
