Love my Wheel Horse 312-H I have a steering bushing repair in my future
I have a year 1968 Wheel Horse still going. Pretty stout machine. I use it for pulling heaving logs using a drag mat. It has 6 gears. I was told 3 for plowing. Years a go when I needed parts at the Toro dealer, they had a rough time looking for them and then discovered the part numbers were all put on micro film. Northern Tools had a 14 horse Kohler setting on the shelf 30 years ago, so after I measured the bolt patterns, I brought it home and my machine was alive again and has never failed me since! 😁
Always great to hear the first start!
I think I spoke too soon when I said less sketchy in a previous video 😅
It got a little scary when it started to slide. LOL
That body lift was a lot less sketchy than last time,
Your description said sketchy, you weren’t kidding but nobody got hurt so I guess it’s ok. I’m doing a 4.0L swap into an 84 Bronco II so I’m watching along on your project.
cool. everybody has jeeps but the notorious BII gets left behind
Hell yeah keep it up man
Entertaining! You just needed a bigger hammer!
LOL
modern kids think some computer CAD application is best , I say : nothing like an American Engineering Mind . great work there sir . thanks for sharing .
Thank you
Nice project.
Thank you Sir
It will only take 2 foot longer, nice job Sir.
I remember when baby Broncos were everywhere. Looks like an interesting project. Sucks about your memory card.
thanks . it does suck.
I have read to oil up the internals of the pump before install….to avoid premature pump failure…..
WHAT TYPE OF WELDER DID YOU USE 110 OR 220 VOLT. ..035 MIG WIRE ? NICE WELD BEADS.
220 .035
I like the bushing sleeve, a good fix and money saved.
You're a joke
nice toy
Sorry your video is just so painfull got to have the right tools glad u fixed it your a halfass tinker
The tube you thought the gas line went through is actually where a cable ran to the receiver type rear hitch to raise and lower a rear attachment such as a garden plow. The other end of the cable went to deck lift arm.
Thanks for that info. I had no idea

What do you mean when you say “jumped it”? Mine is cranking but not starting. Ordered a new fuel pump.
I connected jumper cables to it positive side to the battery negative to the frame and jump started it with another battery
just Subscribe to your channel. Thank you For the video
I have the exact same lawnmower it never started right since the day it was new you would have to crank the battery almost dead to get it started. I converted it to an electric fuel pump. It starts within two spins of the motor every time I wish I had done this the day I bought it.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing this video.just bought wheel horse 312-8 the shifter came out. Hope I can fix it.
Good luck
After doing 3 horses I can confirm that steering wheel is the hardest part to deal with.
I learned to mow the grass on one of these tractors. Lol
They are great tractors. very versatile.
@@mikeholcomb2000 yep my Step Grandpa showed me how to cut a straight line 🤣 looking back it was a beast of a lawn/garden tractor
Put thrust washers under the front king pins. Makes the wheels turn easier.
Great Idea thanks
That's crazy to think mine used to look exactly like that Stock I fully built mine with A 670cc Predator and bigger Nobby tires.
Must be a go getter :)
I would love to have one just to drive around town and give people something to talk about, which gives others a brake Lololo
Yep especially as loud as mine
