Hi. Yes. Perfect awning if you want a 2.5ish mtr awning. We have one very seminar and love it. You use it mainly in the winter and rollaway in summer or eurotrail which 4mtrs long and is fantastic. But yes getting back to what you ask. Brilliant as long as it works for you. Just keep in mind. If you only have the awning. You can also use it without the sides in the summer. Hi Paul 👋 thanks for watching and commenting. To be very honest we don't use our slatted bed as we just use our caravan for just myself and Sarah. Lots of space 😆 it's what's known as a luxury caravan its ment of 4 persons 😆 I will look into your problem and see if I can come up with a solution 😉 Paul and Sarah

Hi Soft lad 😆 sorry mate couldn't resist 😉 yeah we used it all by one as a part exchange, the Elddis was sold to a builder I never really got that attached to them. The coachman was the only one that pulled a bit on the heartstrings, but we knew that the people that might buy it would love it as much as we did.

Sorry to comment like this but why should dealers give preferential treatment just because you’ve got a you tube channel. I’ve been caravanning for 34 years don’t have a channel. My dealerships give me good service being a loyal customer. But over that time I’ve used 4 dealers.

@@paulandsarahcaravanlife No they havent, I bought a brand new baile phoenix in Jan this year. after a couple of weeks we had heavy rain so I decided to look underneath the van. I was shocked to find water pouring out of an air vent from INSIDE of the caravan, water was coming in from the bulkhead, under the windows, and also the window seals, seems they must have been aware of this as they had tried to seal between the floor and the walls inside. (a bodge job). And by the way water was also getting into the floor from the awning mould. As they say buyer beware!

Wow, that's amazing that they haven't sorted it. I would be making a lot of noise about it to get it done. I come across on video as mild-mannered, but I not when I comes down to spending hard earned cash. On something that should be right when it's clearly wrong.

@@paulandsarahcaravanlife Hi Paul, I have now sorted out all the issues myself. I didn't have the confidence of the local dealerships to get the job done properly. How sad is that, you are lucky to have a dealership you trust!.

We have a great dealership and I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest. They always look after people. Maybe one or two slip though but most people seem to be happy. Glad you fixed it and you can now pass on your knowledge 😉
