You're a legend, I had a cracked valve cover around injector 1 in my i40, so I swapped out the valve cover for another one and after putting everything back together, the car wouldn't start at all. I figured I didn't do something right when putting it back together, so redid the valve cover,seals etc... still no joy. 2 days of trying different ideas, then I found your video and I had the exact same symptoms and starting sounds. Swapped out injector 1 for another one and boom she started. A Million thanks for your video.

I have C4 B7 2013, stop/start just flashes, doesnt work, engine fan error code p0495, p0494, it says short circuit or open circuit in wire. This triggers downgrade mode of changing 115HP to about 90HP. Do you think it is related to your video, which battery fuse is for the Radiator Cooling Fan? Sometimes Economy mode activates, maybe a new battery can solve the problem? Is it safe to change a fuse when engine is off or does the cable and stuff pose risk of electrocution?

Hi, I have a Grand Starex 2016 model. When I'm driving, if I try to accelerate over 2000rpm the engine de-accelerates. Then I have to release the pedal and press again to re-gain acceleration. What can be the cause of that? If I'm in neutral i can rev all the way to 5000rpm.

All I can say is you gotta be flexible. Took me 2 hours to replace the AC compressor & AC expansion valve with O-rings . After a recharge I finally got the Ac to blow cold again . Once you figure out the combination of swivel’s & extensions for the top & rear bolts it will drop right out the bottom next to your radiator fan . Heat shield made it a bitch to loosen the allen bolts for each line with a short Allen key , I had my hand Jammed down from the top for small one & reaching up from the bottom for the big one to loosen them & tighten them .I’m going to make a video about it soon

Very helpful. Also I found on my car a copper earthing strap attaching the manifold to the engine block low at the back before I could lift it out. Mine required a Torx T27/30driver bit (you can get away with a 4 mm hex/allen) to unscrew the bolt. It’s a bit tricky out of site facing back .
