Tony Portaro is easily one of the cornerstones of THRASH, and I'd put his leads up against Mustaine (who also kills) any day. I also love thst Scaglione totally murders the kit, and played some stuff significantly faster live, total monster. Eternal hails!!!

I put Imperial Doom right up their with Effigy. I grew up around this time and I go back and forth between the two. Brutal as f***k and way ahead of their time.

This is epic! Thanks for uploading. I agree that DA is the best thrash metal band!!! All their members are super nice and cool too! Their lead guitarist/constant founding member, Rob Cavestany, personally gave me and my husband VIP guest passes to the Pulp Summer Slam in the PI in 2018. We were probably the only Artist's guests at the VIP pit that time. That was our most memorable concert ever! Not only that, he invited us again to the private listening party of their Humanicide album back in 2019 in Oakland. We're forever grateful to Rob for all the awesome memories! :)

This is tour I first saw them live. At The Basement in Dallas Texas. Still have the autographs! They also played Sabbath & AC/DC covers. (Electric Funeral & Walk All Over You...). Been hooked since!!

To the last breath… what a great song.. really wish this band had more support from higher ups and achieved more success. They can play, sing, and put on a show. Really think the diversity among the members (woman vocalist, black guitarist) would have been really important to show in a white/male dominated music genre, especially back in the 80s

I get why George joined CC. Earning a great living doing the thing you love is anybody’s dream, but monstrosity are an endlessly better band than CC. Completely different level musicianship. It must’ve felt like a professional downgrade
