Hey FGBP, I currently swing a 27.5 12” 1oz EL Genesis for tournaments and want to find something similar for ASA leagues. Do think this bat has similar weighting? Do you think I should go up to a 28.5 because I’ve heard some Suncoasts run light

The bat is a legit sledgehammer, its end load was actually too heavy and actually hurt my wrist using it. I had to sell the ones I had because the end load was so much. Great bat for sure

I heard they were checking bats at SSUSA tourney in Loudon VA this week and confiscated a bunch of bats to be sent out to California.. 140 was the number that was talked about a few months ago but that seems like the barrel walls would almost touch each other. Any way, Just a heads up to guys who use softer barrels and low compression bats in SSUSA organization. A few guys on my team use the Mega Load with good results

Friend picked up the newest foster 26oz. Zero endload. Felt balanced. Not sure if it was just that particular bat or all the new ones. Have a green foster 26 oz. Can definitely feel the endload in that one. Felt like 2 different bats.

in a tournament a few weeks ago, the Nifong Dudley was the surprise winner of the long ball there...could have been the hot temps, soft balls vs 1-piece and 2-piece bats...one complaint about the Easton reps was they were only allowing a one bat purchase unless you bought a second 2-piece Miken bat, THEN you could buy a second Empire bat...they were afraid guys were going to gobble up the Empires and jack the prices on ebay etc...capitalism defeated but when I buy a bat and it is great, I usually get a second for a back up...this was bull shit in my view

just finished up at the ISA Senior Worlds in Columbus IN......several of us were swinging the OG Red Wig Popper and it performed well...65+

Overall weight 27.1 the endcap weigh was 17.8 the knob weight was 9.4 add those numbers up and it doesn’t add up to the 27.1 weight it that way means nothing because if you think about it if you stand on the scale with your left foot and shoes 150 lbs and right foot on the floor does that mean the left side of your body weighs 150 lbs? Also on another the balance Genny was 26.3 the barrel was 16.7 the knob part was 9.9 that adds up to 26.6 not the 26.3 I’m so confused what’s the purpose of weight barrel and knob please explain.

What’s the point of weighing the knob and the barrel? I’m curious

I don't think I've ever used a Suncoast Melee bat that was disappointing . They seem to have a winning formula and simply change the graphics each year . In your opinion what is THE best bat for a senior player who still has strength and bat speed in his swing ? Anxious to hear your opinion .
