What you’ve got to understand is us Celts are incredibly emotional as a people. We will try and emote our feelings and beyond with emotion. On all its senses it’s what we do. Gary is an artistic example. Jump in jump on. I saw him do this stuff live. I just put my arms on the stage my legs couldn’t hardly hold me. My Celtic heart was one with him.

I go way back with the Allman's, and I used to scoff at the notion that this "Punk Kid" could ever over-take Duane, in my eyes..I now have to say, I think he has, Duane's young demise notwithstanding..Two different styles, with an obviously strong connective tissue, but listening to Derek today, it's hard to argue he is not at the very top, right now..Not taking anything from Duane, of course. No telling where he would have been today..I'm sure in another stratosphere..Alas, we'll never know..Meantime, I'm thrilled there is someone like Derek who has picked up the mantle, and ran with it..Beautiful to these aging ears!

Peter Frampton is an amazing guitar player! Very unique solos and he has a very distinct style. He doesn't sound like anybody else, and unbelievably, he still tours! Saw him a couple years ago and he is still just as good.

I have watched this video of Eva and heard that they are simple guitar chords. But you don't have to be a guitar "extraordinaire" to play the song. Eva understood the song and the chords that were needed to accomplished the song the way it sounded in her head, in her soul. The guitar chords she used, are the only ones needed to get the song laid..... and the point a crossed. 10+ millions records sold , proved the point...…..

His guitar sound goes through the talk-box on the floor which houses a speaker, that sound goes up the tube to his mouth which he essentially just shapes the word, and lastly out the mic to either the sound board or an amp to the sound board.
