I always loved Ben Pakulski and his programmes until I realized that working out so many times a week was a really bad idea you don't build muscle with volume but with intensity...only using steroids could I have for example do squats 3 times a weekas in one of his programmes..if I had carried on with his programs even with the exercise carried out properly I would have ended up cribbled ..it's a shame because as in this video he really explains alot on training and exercise. Also i had really sore knees which werent given a chance to heal and grow

Need bigger weight horns to hold more weights.this machine would be useless for even mediocre powerlifters,and strength athletes

Nice machine,but the weight horns do hold enough weights,looks like it may hold 540 lbs or so.therefore useless for the really strong people

I love this but I think you guys should really consider doing your own version of a functional trainer with independently adjustable arms, like the Freemotion functional trainer. It is unquestionably the best and most versatile format for a functional trainer. Hoist have recently released one and Prime Fitness also have a very good one with the guiding system for the weight stack being rather interesting and smooth. Just release one already and take my money!

Is a nice design, but I consider that you should have put on top a bar with an attachment for pullups with different hand positions. As it is here, the person has just 1 option for pullups, while there are other equipments similar to this where you can have like 4 different positions for the hands.

Can it be setup so the hooks retract automatically? Or do I need a training partner with me everytime?
